Imagine, you when wake
up a morning and you find that, due to the strike or negligence of sanitary employees
a lot of dump and garbage is collected around your colony and your house, now
what will you do, there are two options
one you start shouting on the systems fault and negligible behavior of the
staff like other people of your colony, option two or in a different way you initiate
a step and try to find some way for cleaning that garbage and present the
example of a change.
Now in the above
situation the ball is in your court what option you would like to choose, which
way you would like to go, that choice of path always defines your attitude and
decides the difference between your success and failure.
Most of us have traveled
by bus or train; at the ticket window people break the queue, this manner less
and irresponsible behavior creates a big mess over there; what will you do Usually
we see most of the times people starting shouting and blaming on the system or
government for the miss arrangements of their surroundings but who is
responsible for this, who is breaking the queue? My dears instead of doing all
such kind of foolish thing just take one step ahead and surely your one step
for making positive changes can make very big changes.
Like in present era we
all are suffering from a common problem. “Corruption”
seriously it is a very big problem. It has wide spread its legs at each and
every place and level whether it would be a small or big one or lower or upper
one .you can find it everywhere, whether it is a case of admission to school or
college level or in the case of retirement fund of an old age person, corruption
is present at each and every level and we all are suffering from this problem, really I am also agree with this as a
part of this society and I also face this problem at various places and levels
too., But friends from where this problem originate? Who is the cause and
creator that gives birth to this problem??? The answer of this is very simple
you need not to find out it in any book, any dictionary or need not to search
it on internet or Google, you just need
to ask yourself that weather (aren’t you?) the reason behind the
birth and growth of this problem.
If you do not agree
with my points of arguments take a look here I am going to give you one more
example of a situation, you need a driving license according to procedure you
should go to R.T.O office with an application form, appear for a driving test
after clearing these steps you will get your license and these steps will take
some days or may be a month for neglecting this procedure and for the sake of
your own convinces most of us didn’t follow the legal procedure and take the
help of unauthorized agents by just paying them some extra amount apart from
fees and you get your license in your hands at your home.
With this we feel very
happy and with great pleasure we say that “extra charge” as the charge of “convenience”.
the habit of taking this “convenience” by paying some extra charge give rise to
corruption, it rises from very small level but slowly it may become a very big
serious problem, and one day when it comes in the form of scam or scandal in
front of us, we use to say the common sentence and words by blaming the system and
the persons related to those scams and scandals by forgetting that you, me or
we peoples are also responsible in equal manner for that because somewhere at
some level we irrigate that plant of corruption by small or big amount.
And this record of
blaming yet not get stopped we always rely on someone for the solution of any
problem, use to say “someone should do something to solve this problem” or “why
someone has not do something” or “someone has do something” have you notice one
thing,the above three sentence have a word “someone” so who is this “someone”
for whom we are waiting for? We always
wait for the super person or superman kind of person who will come from mars
and solve our problem within a second.
Please please please
try to understand and always remember if these are our problems then we have to
try to solve it because somewhere we are responsible for the origin of these
problems whether it is a problem related to garbage collected in your colony,
breaking the queue at public places or the roots of corruption in the system so
if there is problem then only we have to solve the problem. and for finding the
easiest way to solve any problem is just to change the way of your thinking so
get ready my friends and it’s better to say “I must do something” instead of
saying “something must be done”
