“Success lies in failure”

              “Success lies in Failure”
Every year during the time of examination results we see many kind of faces of young generations boys and girls. Many times we see the faces which were cheered because of their success but many faces were despond of their failure in the results, sometime this depression may lead to the suicide cases. And this is a very serious issue but I just want signalize our concern to only one thing that we should change our retention regarding failure. We should not take that failure as a definitive thing, that failure is an impermanent thing of our life. Don’t say that situation as failure just consider that thing as calamity or just a hurdle of your life, never take that failure in negative manner take that situation in a positive way it might be possible that hurdle or so called ‘failure’ may teach you an  unprecedented and important lesson of your life.
If you become able to take that failure just only as one of the hurdle of your life than you will definitely see some constructive changes in your life. And my dear that failure is not the end of the road but it is just a simple turn of road of success that may lead to the new wide paths to move on. i want to ask a simple question to the parents that can they tell me the name of persons who were very great in their specialized field like sports; music, business or politics were also touch the pinnacle of success in their education life? Most probably the answer will be a very big no, which means that a minor failure or an obstacle may not shut the door of success.
Human history is full of many names who were not good in one field but were the star performer of some other field. i am going to put some strong examples of some great great personalities like the famous Thomas Edison was considered a "dull student" by his teachers and was thought to be extremely disruptive in class and so was asked to leave. One teacher told him he was too stupid to learn anything. But at age of 10 he set up a lab in his basement and was already starting to work on experiments and inventions. , great businessman and investor warren buffet was also not good in his school education, the most influential technological mind of the past century has been Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple had never finished his college in his life.
Similarly there is one more personality without which this discussion cannot get completed that is Mr. Amitabh Bachchan who also see many ups and down in his personal, financial as well as in his film carrier but he did not kneel in front of challenges that occurs in his life.
Now a day’s education sector is considered to be the most challenging field but we all know that problems and challenges are the part of life they usually come in every field like in our financial status, business, relationship and in many field of this long journey.
That why it is very much necessary that Instead of being afraid of problems and hurdles we must analyze the problems. Whatever is the decision that we take regarding any problem or situation there is 50-50 chances of whether it would went right or wrong. But all the same we have to take decisions, that why we should all have to accept that the path towards success always be full of failures and problems.
I have heard somewhere that the only difference between the successful and unsuccessful person is the way how they take the situation, and how much they enthusiastic to learn from their failures and challenges of their life. That we can easily learn from the Thomas Alva Edison that he always says about journey of experiments that-“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”  This motivational line always gives us a message that the seeds of plant of success lies in failure.
